No longer possible to skip forward/backward while paused

Somewhere along the way I have lost the ability to skip forward and backward while paused (playback resumes now after the first skip). Is there any way to get this functionality back? Thanks.

still no luck with this, it was only the npvr.exe file to replace right?

also getting a weird skip-ahead after unpause when paused for long periods..after being paused for a while,maybe 3 mins or more, unpausing throws me ahead a minute or more in timeline, but one single short skip back, gets me back to where it should be..[which shouldn't be possible,it's too far]
i'll post logs for that in next post..[making some now]

Sorry to drag up a month old thread. But I get EXACTLY what pBS gets above. I was on an older version which had some minor pause-skip bugs, but was manageable. But the pause-skip is now pretty unmanageable with some pretty wild skips forward when unpaused. Additionally, a lengthy pause (approx 20mins or more) crashes nPVR when unpaused.

What are my options here? Should I revert back to my backed up old version? Would logs help here? Pausing live tv is about the only feature I cant live without.

btw I patched up to 2.5.5 R1 before posting. Didnt seem to work.

this is why i'm still on pvrx2 for my main recording machine..[which is where i tested this, so machine seems to be working well for it]

I see exactly the same behaviour and have reported it earlier. It's really a PITA
