Hopefully this patch will help.

It's almost there, sub (and a huge improvement none the less). There seems to be a problem with folders containing more than a screen's worth of icons, where the icons *haven't* yet been cached. In these cases only about 2/3rds of the screen get images. If you leave the folder and dive straight back in then the rest of them get filled in too. After that, it all seems perfect... you can jump around from folder to folder and highlight to highlight as much as you want and everything keeps its image.

Hi Sub,

it fixed my problem but now in list mode it doesn't show the thumbnail at the top of the heirarchy. For instance if you have a directory with many folders each of which has a movie, folder.jpg, fanart.jpg, and xml data it doesn't show the thumbnail of the folder as you scroll down the directory.

Also, once I go into the directory the folder.jpg shows briefly then disappears. Now If I move down to the actual file the it'll just show the metadata but no folder.jpg.

Somewhat hard to describe, but as you just scroll into each directory you can see what I mean.

Also in List View it only now shows the Metadata for a show - without the [Movie Name].jpg which is referenced in the [Movie Name].xml under <Cover> <Front> which it has previously shown.

Yeah, I may have spoken too soon as well. In addition to the list view being image-less now, I've just had the icon view (after watching a movie for a couple of hours and then navigating back up a few levels from where it was) lose all its images and only display whichever one was under the highlight.

This patch puts it back to how it was.

I suspect I'm going to need to change the interface to the list control in NUtility.dll, and it'd break compatibility with the app, so it'll have to wait until the 2.6 release.

Just discovered this last patch did not put it back to how it was - still no Cover Art in list view.

I had to revert to the previous patch http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post439491 which has done the trick.
