DVBLink IPTV tuners not working?

Hello all

I'm new to nextpvr and I wanted to try out if it works with my DVBLink IPTV product.
I get my channels via UDP broadcast from my ISP, so I need nextPVR to support that or the tuners provided by DVBLink.

When I go to settings -> Devices -> Tuner 1-8 -> Device Setup -> Scan, I get "Unable to start device: Device failed to start".

What could be wrong?

I've attached some logs for you to look at.

I tried stopping the DVBLink service, which could use the tuners, but no luck.

Please advice?

It looks like it's failing to connect the DVBLink fake tuner filter to the NPVR TS Mon filter. I'm not sure why that would be though. I've never used DVBLink myself.

I tested DVBLink with real tuners a couple of years ago and did not have that problem. However I seem to remember that there was some problem with channel names during scanning.

Sub, could this have something to do with pin names in a different language?

clausndk, can you run filtercheck.exe and post the Filtercheck.log?

Clausndk, if you've got a machine I can remote into, using something like teamviewer or logmein, there is a couple of things i could try. It should only take 10 minutes or so.

No, it shouldn't be related to language. The digital support has no expectation of specific pin names.

There was no discussion about it other than that info above, so I assume he didn't find a fix.
