Multiple Copies of Some Recurring Recordings

I'm noticing strange behavior getting multiple copies of some recurring recordings. For instance, tonight, I got 3 copies of Private Practice and 2 copies of NCIS. Last night I got 2 copies of Castle, 2 copies of Major Crimes, and 2 copies of How I Met Your Mother. Logs attached.

I'm confused! :eek: Anyone have any ideas?

That was my first thought. However, since we can't sort the recurring recordings list by name in Recordings, I'm having trouble telling. So I tried using NEWA where I can select only Recurring and sort by Title, and I only get one of each title. But I think that NEWA might be grouping them and ignoring duplicates. Looking in the recurring-backup.xml file (attached), it does appear that there are some duplicates. Although there do not appear to be 3 Private Practices. And looking in my Pending Recordings list, I'm seeing LOTS of duplicates scheduled.

After fighting with computer problems all day at work, trying to figure this out tonight is making my head hurt. I'm going to go to bed and maybe it will all magically be fixed in the morning...

I can see in your logs, after it updated the epg, and was handling the recurring recordings, there were duplicates of some of the shows you mentioned.

I'm not sure what NEWA does with it's display of these so I'd suggest going in the NextPVR Recordings screen and take a look through the Recurring list. Delete any duplicates, then got into Settings->Channels and hit 'update epg', then hopefully it'll sort itself out.
