channels seeking npvr always leads to no feedback signal from

Hi,
so I have a problem because in fact I always get the message that there is no feedback signal from nPVR and it must be closed.
I have a windows 7 computer with TeVii S660.
I have since reinstalled computer already 2 times and always have the same problem because it nen tip what I'm doing wrong?
