Ok NEWA appears to be sending back an empty SOAP message on your database on the channel group so I need UJB's guidance. I've repushed 1.2.1 with a workaround.

Just a note that after installing both 1.19 and 1.21, XMBC froze while updating the channels/EPG. Both times I killed it and restarted and it worked fine.
It is possible that I didn't give it enough time before killing it but it's never frozen before. It's still running fine, I am recording 2 shows as I type this so we'll know for sure soon.

I've been making some changes for internationalization that might have caused an issue with the cache. In the last update I made sure Refresh completely cleaned the cache. Let me know if it continues.

I uninstalled X-NEWA and downloaded and installed 1.2.1 in the first post again but I still get the same error. Is there another version with the workaround?

I am using a NEWA with a patch so it is hard to test. If you add a channel group in NextPVR, you should be ok.

I have updated a new beta 1.2.3. Link on the first post

- improved logic navigating in EPG grid
- fixed problems impacting guides and channel groups with less than 5 channels defined
- fixed problem with more than 7 rows of EPG data configured - I now use 9 (50 pixels)
- menu focus could get lost if no connection to server

I seem to be having a similar problem to cncb. I'm using openelec Fusion 1.99.1. , and X-NEWA 1.2.3

X-NEWA is connecting to the server, but the only data showing is the amount of free disk space and the numbers of recordings.

Getting the TV guide fails at 33%, and going to the recordings screens doesn't work either.

I tried creating a channel group and pointing X-NEWA at that, but the behaviour is just the same.

I also have X-NEWA installed on a Windows PC, and that's working fine.
