delete ".incommercial" files generated by comskip

when delete a recording, it deletes all comskip related files except the .incommercial ones. these are generated when you set livetv to 1 (which I assume you need to do if using it in parallelprocesssing.bat).

can you please add "incommercial" to the default <DeleteAdditionalExtensions>

Ok, I've added it to the master file for the next release.

i delete those immediately after comskip runs, they aren't needed for skipping, just while running comskip, and it isn't even used then..
it's for another program, [sagetv or something] so totally unnecessary for npvr users..
[i wish comskip would delete or have setting not to create them since they're unnecessary]
