You'll probably need to zip and attach your npvr.db3 file.

I took a look. It seems to be an mc2xml problem. Your XMLTV file doesn't have any listings for those channels you've mapped to.

You've mapped to analog channels < 99. You XMLTV file only has channel listings for channels greater than 99.

I can confirm that MC2XML is not working well with it's target (Zap2It/ microsoft.com/ Times Tribune Listings) this happened last year at this time as well.
My MC2XML batch file that combines listings of specific channels from 3 locations fails but if I run it from just the executable my guide populates.
Double check your channel ID's.
Also you may try and dnld the latest version.

If I erase the channels and then reimport all the channels from that TVGUIDE.xml file I still don;t see any details in the NPVR program guide, even on those greater than 99. If I erase the mc2xml.dat file and directly run mc2xml.exe, outside the batch file, I get a much bigger xmltv.xml file run that seems to have lower channel data I renamed that file TVGUIDE.xml and used it in nPVR but I still can't get any data in the channel guide.

I don;t knnow the date code for the XML file. Maybe the dates are out of range?

Could microsoft be stopping supporting the local analog cable setup?

You definitely wont get listings for those less than 99, because they're not in the TVGUIDE.xml.

I couldn't guess. You'd need to post the new TVGUIDE.xml.

Thank you for all the help I really appreciate it.

Could someone please post a current working copy of TVGUIDE.xml. so that I can verify that the rest of my setup is working properly.

Thanks again.

Without knowing your zip code and TV provider/lineup it would be impossible to upload a copy that would work for you.

My problem is that I cannot display any TV guide details. At this stage don't need it to actually work.

Would it help to try the 7 day free trial at Schedules Direct to test where the problem is?
