Can't get Hauppauge WinTV PVR-250MCE FM Tuner to work!!!!

Just installed GB-PVR and it's really cool and have been able to get everything to work with the exception of the FM reciever. I've seen posts mentioning the LAME Encoder so when I downloaded it and unzipped it into the C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr. When I go in to try and listen to a station that I setup in the FM plugin, I don't get any sound. I verified that the FM tuner works via the Hauppauge software. Any ideas on what my problem may be???

You must get the LAME encoder from http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/directsho..._dshow.zip (other download sites wont work).

You can put the files where ever you want, but you need to run reg.bat.

Thanks for the reply.....I've downloaded it and have run reg.bat but I still get nothing. I can hear a few pops and clicks and that's it. Anything else?
