NPVR 2.5.9 new install "Unable to start device: Device Failed to Start"

Hi,

I have a new install on Win8 (with win media centre).
My two tuners are AVerMedia BDA DVBT (A16E PCI Hybrid)


The Nrecord service is installed an running.

Each time I go in to setup devices and hit scan I get "Unable to start device: Device Failed to Start"

Any tips would be appreciated
