Does not work goes to blank screen

I setup the channels but it does not start. All it does is goes to a blank screen. I tried to uninstall the software then reinstall, but this does not remove everything. When it started again the channels where still there that I had scanned before. The tuner does work with Windows Media center and WinTV from Hauppauuge. Does anyone have an idea what I need to do other than uninstall it?

If you scan found the channels, then it's most likely just a case of what decoder you chose on the Settings->Decoders screen.

If you try watching live tv, then post your npvr.log and nrecord.log, I'll check it out.

I cannot find these files. I even did a file search and it does not find them. Is it possible that I did not get a complete install?

On XP? You need to tell explorer to display hidden or system files.

I get this for both files? Are they being uploaded to you?

You need to compress them first with zip.

There were 2 NPVR files.

It's what sub suggested you haven't configured a mpeg2 decoder yet.
