System plugin skin

Iain, if you should ever have the time ... I have a process that gives me a new skin background.jpg every re-boot and the messages in the System plugin skin about pending recordings and active tuners are often illegible because they blend into the background. Please may we have an update so that these messages sit within a rectangle that is in a contrasting colour ... white text in a black rectangle ... red text in a yellow? rectangle. Plus, it would be handy to be able to switch between views with a key press. Thank you.

Never mind. I changed BaseColor1 to BaseColor2 in <Rect location="0,0" size="100,100" fillColor="BaseColor2"/> and it paints a black(ish) background. Note to self: Try stuff before bleating in forums.
