I didn't see a bug report area, so here it is.
When I was checking channels one by one when one channel took a long time to tune, I left it and went out, when I got back home there was something odd, the channel numbers disappeared like the application hung when I tried to change the channel, and eventually gave me this error.

After I hit Continue I got the "Tuner is busy..." error then when I changed the channel it worked.
But then some tuned channels were stuttering, when I switched to another channel, watched it and changed it back stuttering stopped.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

If you still have your logfiles from that time, zip and post them here.

Yes, here they are, up until now while I am working on channels, trying to make sense of the numbers and match them in order link them up to guide data...

If you are trying every channel, I expect a few of them would not contain clear QAM and could crash NextPVR or the decoder. I wouldn't worry unless you are pretty sure that scanned channel plays in the HDHR tools.

I don't mind, but I am missing a few channels that come up with HDHR/WMC as well as my TV's own tuner. (I can't tell where because NPVR's numbering is totally different)
I am looking for CBS HD, but I can't find it anywhere. It comes up on 17.1 on my TV. There is nothing on 17 or 171 on NPVR.

Is it possible that tuner missed those channels somehow? Anyway to add the channels without losing previous guide setup? I see there is no way to manually add Clear QAM channel like WMC.

I just reran the channel search using "All Countries" (why are there 5 of them?) and there are Cable Channels 70+, using All Countries I got double amount of channels, enabled them all and will go through one by one. Guide remained linked to channels that I linked before.

Even with All Countries, I still cannot find CBS HD... Weird.

Yes, I've recently rescanned for QAM channels myself, and in several cases encrypted channels were not detected as such and allowed through. (I don't think that happened when I originally scanned for channels using version 2.5.9.) It's a good idea to press "Escape" if the screen remains black for several seconds. I also kept the live TV buffer folder open on the taskbar to make sure temp files were being automatically deleted as they should be and not becoming enormous. I scanned for Default Cable Frequencies, and either (A) my provider doesn't use any frequency lower than 18 or (B) frequencies lower than 18 were not scanned for. In any event, with Mediacom, all frequencies lower than 51 seem to be encrypted.

Thanks Zeb,
Is it a bug that NPVR is not scanning lower frequencies while they are readily available on both HDHR and WMC?
I am missing CBS which is on 17-1, it shows up on HDHR's website as well http://www.hdhomerun.com/hdhomerun/lineu...up_9887067

Result of my scans do not show any frequency below 23 SID:7
I am seeing a few additional channels that do not show up on my TV's tuner (but I have not scanned recently, they may have been added recently to lineup)

What are the differences between Default Cable Frequencies, DCF 70+, HRC, HRC 70+, etc.. All Countries..?

The only channel I need the most is not showing up Sad

I wish you could eliminate the device that is sending input to NextPVR, it makes the logs very hard to read. You need to use Default to get down to the old analog channel frequencies. Rescan with it and upload your logs.

Martin, what is the device that is sending inputs?
I only have two devices, my eHome commands learned Sony IR remote and my Lenovo keyboard (which works just like a wireless keyboard/mouse combination). I don't have anything else. Would you like me to erase the old logs, restart my computer and never touch the sony remote? Then let me know what would you like me to do, should I scan? then I can post the logs again if you'd like. Since I will have never touched the sony remote, it wouldn't be sending any input/commands. Unless it is something else..

What do you mean "need to use Default"? I don't see any default in any settings. I just rescanned and now it spit out 360 channels and now something that was in 167 is tuning on 710.. I am checking 360 of them one by one because even "unknown" ones (that are usually encryped and blank) are tuning random channels now.
