High VS Medium profiles for recordings

Hello, forum!

I tried to record in High and Medium profiles but I don't see any difference in quality - I am recording shows from my sat box (composite and s-video).

The only noticable diff is file size.

Is Medium profile good enough or I should stick with High?

If you can't see any difference in quality go with medium.. (this is the default)

You can set the various qualities to any setting within config -> Capture sources-> Edit - I have set my "medium" setting to a higher setting than high and just leave medium selected when scheduling recordings...
