Hoping the answer is yes but I doubt it.

Can I use multiple graphics cards to feed different Monitors from one HTPC. With each one having the full capabilities of NPVR?

Not multiple instances.

Let's try that again my message was cut. Not really, you could display on multiple screens but you would have trouble controlling focus of multiple instances for the remote, keyboard or mouse.

might be able to pull it off with EventGhost, assuming the two remotes generate different event codes that EventGhost could tell apart. I have two different Hauppauge remotes, and EventGhost sees them completely differently even if they're using the same IR receiver. The macro for each remote button would include a command to set the focus to the appropriate screen before sending the keystroke. Some tedious busy-work to set it up, but it ought to work.

Yeah but how do you get 2 instances running
Copy the programs file folder and program data folder , then how To tell NPVR where to look
I can't see it working , I had a quick play a while back trying gave up pretty quick and brought another computer.
The other thing is audio although you should be able to select it with the right hardware I'm sure things will get very interesting

For the remote I'd figure the issue of line of sight would come into play with receivers in many rooms, I suppose some android remote to xbmc could work but the OP wants Netflix too and I can't imagine how this would work.

There is a command line option that allows you to run multi instances.
