Hi there. I have the same issue. I have a HD Dual with Digital OTA only. I am unable to pick up any channels at all. Can OTA digital channels be DRMed? Doesn't seem that's legal.

I can see 54 channels through the Silicon Dust Quick TV and WMC. Thanks.

If you are running certain versions of Windows (like Windows 8) you may be missing a MPEG2 decoder. I ran into this issue myself and it initially prevented me from viewing any channels at all.

You can download a free decoder called Lav Filters here: http://1f0.de/downloads/

See if that helps.

Your problem just sounds like the typical HDHR problem that most people encounter, ie firewall software is stopping data from making it to NextPVR. You'd need to add firewall exclusions for NextPVR.exe, NRecord.exe and NDigitalHost.exe. If it's not that, then the only other thing would be switching the HDHR app from 'NextPVR' to 'ATSC/QAM Other'.

Actually I discovered that it was a firewall issue. Thanks.
