3.2.9 socket error / XBMC

Just upgraded and getting socket errors when using XBMC as a client. Get a few seconds of live TV and then tuner not available. Tried a system restore to get back to previous version but still showing 3.2.9 after the reboot for some reason. Captured this before the 'restore', but nothing else to go on at the moment as busy trying to reset everything before I'm shot by the family....

they might be in a bit of a mess as I haven't cleared them out for ages.

Sorry - not sure. I can't see an obvious cause in the logs.

What about the xbmc.log?

you'll have to wait for that. The **** client has decided to go for a mass windows update. I truly wish I hand't touched any of them!!!

Maybe a glitch in the upgrade. I've scrubbed NPVR from the server and reinstalled 3.2.9 from scratch, copying back only config.xml and npvr.db3 from the original install and it seems to be ok at the moment. panic over.
