Some help needed getting going!

Hi, I think I must be having a bad day because i cant seem to get this working at all! I have a Hauppage Nova-T Digital TV card which I cant get to work with the software. When I open the tuning settings whichever card type I select it simply says "Failed to find the crossbar filter"
Help... before I go insane....

You have to have the BDA drivers installed, and set up a BDA capture source, and select the Hauppauge Nova-T card type.

The crossbar error message indicates you've tried to set it up as some analog.
