Not a problem. As I mentioned, I'll upload the first batch of upgated region files in the coming weeks. I have all the official data I need.

Thanks to Graham, once I figure out how his spreadsheet works, the rest should be easy.

I'd help with that but I can't remember !

Note that the + and - signs in the channel numbers indicate that the frequency used is offset from the "standard" frequency for that channel number (that's column F in the Workings sheet) ... that may not apply in Oz or the list of channels and frequencies that you have may show the actual frequency. Plus, I suspect that the "C" in the .ini file is optional ... it should be okay to change the LEFT() functions to a length of 2 rather than 3.

The only two countries I'm aware of that use these offsets are the UK and Australia, so yes should apply there. A lot of devices will lock the offset frequencies automatically, but annoyingly some don't.

Thanks Graham & sub

Your spreadsheet is a great help. Australian frequency ranges have no odd offsets according to the official sources. The remaining problems I have here is various data scraping. None of the official spreadsheets have all of the data. I managed to find a pdf from the Govt media regulator with all the data but I need to mine that and text macro that into a csv file for spreadsheet import. I like a challenge/

I would like, as part of the process, to eventually upload your modified sheet adapted to Aussie conditions. That will assist others down the track if there are any unforeseen frequency adjustments. It does look like the Govt has the frequency layout pretty well planned which is good.

One little gem I found while scouring the net for info was a military directive not to use a localities in-use TV frequencies for UAV use. Hmmm! The drones use TV frequencies here Eh? Smile
