No DVD control after install of WinDVD 7

I don't seem to have device control (next/prev chapter, menu, play, OK, etc.) after an installation of WinDVD 7 when playing a DVD.

I have tried "InterVideo Navigator" and "DVD Navigator" in the "Navigator" area on the "DVD & Remote" tab of config.

When I use the standalone application, I get full control.

I still have made no progress on resolving this issue. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Well, after a reformat and reinstall, I have some DVD control. Still can't forward to the next chapter (not normally a problem for me). It just doesn't seem to respond to the ">>|" and "|<<" keys on the streamzap remote. I can get it to skip if i use the full keyboard and press "Ctrl+{Right Arrow}".

Still working on this problem but it's better.

Glad to hear you made some progress. I dont have WinDVD 7, so couldnt really offer any info.

It must be a problem with the way you have your streamzap remote configured. The ">>|" and "|<<" keys should just be sending the control left/right arrow keystrokes. If the keys are working for you, then the remote is obviously not sending these keys.
