Wishlist: Enhanced remote control features

Not wishing to belabor this any further, I rest my diatribe.

What is wrong with MCE defaults which seem to do everything you asked for except zoom as I wrote about in my post above http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post484101 ?

1. Stop recording of Live TV - can manually start a recording with remote, but not stop it (or at least I haven't found it yet)

I can see this from both sides of the coin, personally I prefer the way it is now (having to go to the recording menu to stop a recording) as it's way less prone to accidentally stopping one by mistook

2. Switch to last/previous channel watched

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this one but isn't that basically what the current Live TV menu option does??

For 1 Ctrl-K already stops recording from the EPG, I figure that is what 2leftfeed wanted and think that is safe enough.

It does!!, you learn something new every day.............. as I don't watch live TV ever (wouldn't have watched more than four hours in the last nine years ever since I fist got GB-PVR up & running) I guess I shouldn't replied to this thread in the first place....
