Only once they're in the past. Future conflicts are deleted and rescheduled with every EPG update, same as any other recurring recording. Yes, in most cases the conflicts stay since nothing has changed to make them not be conflicts any more, but they do get processed.
I do wish NPVR would throw away old conflicts after a few days or maybe a week. For awhile I had a setup that produced a ton of conflicts, so I had to sit there and delete a dozen old conflicts every week. Now that I'm back to 3 tuners for OTA, I only get one conflict a month, tops.

it'll be something to do with getting one or more of your tuners marked "not present". the scheduling stuff all works pretty near perfectly as long as no tuner hide-n-seek is going on, so not much point in diagnosing it further.

my test last night also failed.
It recorded the HDHR recording completely and stopped both Hauppauge recordings at 9min:43sec
my next test will be one show on each of my 3 tuners to see what happens.

What do the logs have to say at "9m 43s"? Typically, NextPVR doesn't "notice" if a tuner stops delivering data during a recording ... NextPVR will carry on receiving nothing from the tuner and writing nothing to the recording file and will not add error messges to the logs. So ... if the logs have no error messages at the time that the recordin stopped ... I would guess that the tuner has stopped delivering data.
