iNEWA / NEWA problems

Hi, I've recently gotten around to upgrading to 3.3.8 (2.6.4 wasn't broken, so I didn't fix it!). NextPVR itself is working great, but I've a few bugs with NEWA. Before I go into depth trying to reproduce errors and logs, maybe someone could point me in the right direction if this is a known issue?

Main issue is that sometimes a few (sometimes a lot) channels are missing from the NEWA / iNEWA EPG. Secondary issue is that iNEWA sometimes hangs at the 'loading' spinning wheel.

I decided to delete the entire /web folder and reinstall 3.3.8 to give a clean install, but the issue remains.

In my experience, if you open NEWA in a browser and there is no EPG info for a channel for the displayed time range then the channel will not be displayed. Maybe check the missing channel in the NPVR TV Guide and see if there is any valid EPG info there...

I've tried deleting the EPG and letting it repopulate. If memory serves, this can be an issue. I'll report back if it helps.

For the channel issue... emptying the EPG and reloading has been the fix for this....it isn't an issue with NEWA....it is something through the API that gets out of whack.

If there are other issues I'll need to see the logs from the log directory....

I've been having the missing channels problem recur a number of times over the last week. If I empty the EPG and then repopulate it, I will get all the channels in NEWA and iNEWA, but after a day or so many channels will be missing. Clearing the EPG again helps, but seemingly only for the initial rescan.

Strangely, the missing channels varies between NEWA and iNEWA.

I've attached the logs, but is there anything I could do to help debug?

I can only assume this behavior may be related to empty channels... if there are no events on a channel for the timeframe selected you will not see the channel on the guide.

Attached is a version of guide2 that will log whenever a channel is skipped.

When you see you are missing channels check the web.log for a line that has !!! No events found....
