MHEG5 listings New Zealand

I use EPG collector and get program data from the generated XML file.
This has just stopped working. The file is being created and loads into NPVR but no program data in NPVR
Last time this happened was because freeview new Zealand changed the program listing frequency.
I am guessing this has happened again.
Anybody know the new settings for this?

Hit the 'Update EPG' button then post the npvr.log and we'll take a look.

Based on your description though, I'm guessing something like the xmltv channel ids have changed in your files, or the data is old, or there is something invalid about the xml format.

Just checked. New XML file is generated by EPG collector but there is no data in it. Just some heading data. Makes me think frequencies have changed again.

Where are you? I'm pointed at Wiatarua and all is working normally - no freq changes. I use EPG collector (works like a charm) but get my data from the freeview Sat service as it contains more data than the terrestrial. I think the terrestrial only has now / next whereas the sat service has a weeks worth.

Nope, terrestrial also has the data for seven days & from what I have seen it's exactly the same as the satellite data, the only thing is for terrestrial you have to collect the MHEG5 data not the EIT data

If you check in NextPVR under settings-channels you can soon find the three different frequencies that are being used for transmission & from there it is easy enough to try setting up EPGCollector with the other frequencies (one at a time) until you find the one that has the EPG data on it.

That is what I did last time it changed & I now have it like this in my updateepg.bat

I have had 7 day listing for a couple of years now. Once before there was a frequency change. Same this time - change from 578000 to 562000 (sugarloaf) fixed it.
Your suggestion of shopping round the frequencies did it.
