Program Guide not showing set recordings

running Win7 64bit home premium
Live in Wellington New Zealand
Record Freeview

I have the latest Nexpver installed and use EPG collector for my XMLTV file.
All are fresh installs as I have just rebuilt my media PC from the bottom up

Both programs are running well and performing well!
BUT (isn’t there always)

When I set record a season on PRIME TV it doesn’t change the area on the Program guide to RED
However it does on a “Quick” record!

This issue doesn’t occur with any other channels

I am only guessing that it’s NPVR
This issue was happening with my old system towards the end and I simply thought it would be rectified with afresh install as it was to be a later version

Any ideas

If you do an 'Empty EPG', followed by an 'Update EPG', does the problem still happen?
