No I didn't miss it. Still don't quite get the link why plex/nextpvr usage would increase. It'd be nice if it did...but I see HDHomeRun coming out with their own dvr, and I reckon plex and kodi will come out with native tuner integration at some point.

I'm late to work with NPVR via Plex so I may have missed this but when playing live tv, why do I only get SD quality? Actually, poor SD quality at that?
Great work too and thanks for putting this together so nicely.

It should take it from the client settings. I think I need to put in better control and do it at the channel level.

I'll fiddle with it a bit more. I'm not likely to use this much but I do like to play around with things and was curious about it.
It's got a ton of potential.

Hey All,

I've got this added to my PMS install and its excellent Smile

I've got a couple of questions though:
1) Is there a way to add images for the channels, such as BBC 1, BBC2 etc (In the UK)?
2) What's the best encoding method to stop plex from having to transcode - it takes up to 4 minutes from me trying to watch a recording before it will play and it must be the format I'm using?

Thanks in advance.

Do you get logos in nextpvr in the tv guide or in the EWA website? As I pull them with the same feed.

It should be set on the client settings (the remote/lan bandwidth)

Hi,
I've just logged in to my ewa (localhost:8866) and this is the screen I get (I've seen no logos on here or on the ewa)...

This is my clients screen on the settings - I'm not sure if this is right?

It seems you click on the individual show and there you can see a logo if your system has them.

I just checked the web logs and found this:

(Removed loads of channels for this log)

So, I'm guessing if I make myself some nice images and add them to the folder C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Media\Channels\ then it'll display them?
