Do you have NextPVR installed in "G:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR\"?
If so, you might want to confirm the path is correct in your "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NPVR Recording Service\ImagePath" registry setting.

Martin
G:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun\
Note:
For over 20 years, I've always installed all my applications on my G: (for "General") partition.
Windows always gets C: all to itself; nothing else goes there if I can help it. Email goes on E:. Documents go on D:. Paging (if I activate it) on P:.
Temporary Internet Files go on I:.
TV Recordings, etc. go on various other drives, etc.
I've never had a problem with it (starting back in a prior century) ...
... but do you think that might be the glitch here?
(Perhaps due to some hard-coded C: drive reference somewhere, or something expecting all the software to be on one common drive.)
I think I might (again) try uninstalling NPVR and re-installing it ... but on C: this time.
Hmmm...

Bingo! I have the chain down to but not including the [...\ImagePath] folder or parm.
That NPVR Recording Services 'folder' (or whatever you call them in the Registry) has no other 'folders' below it, nor any elements by that name.
Here's what it has:
Usually you'd have to map one channel manually first, so that it knows what xmltv file you're using, or what Schedules Direct lineups you have. After that, you should be able to use bulk map to map the rest. ie, just select the epg source and mapping from the drop down.
Jim Dale Wrote:When you Update EPG, does it usually take 60 seconds per channel or am I doing it wrong?
If you're using the broadcast DVB/ATSC EPG, then it'll send 60 seconds per frequency to collect the listings. There is no point using the broadcast EPG in North America though, since the broadcast EPG is crappy in that part of the world.
Hmm... The Bulk Map ignores anything I try to do, though. I've tried everything and cannot get it to copy anything. Even if I set individual ones within it, they disappear when I exit Bulk Map. I guess it's not intended for copying the DVB/ATSC EPG?
I see from your other note that it isn't the right choice for N. America, so I guess I'll have to find something else. Thanks.
I got into Kodi, but it still loses connection with the NextPVR tuner.
(Maybe I need to reboot at this point.)
