Please let me know if you have any issues with the lineup / data that we provide; if there are errors in the channel lineup or schedules, then open a ticket on the Schedules Direct website so that we can get it fixed; our upstream has direct contact with almost all of the major providers / producers so that they can verify your issue and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
If you're not a Schedules Direct subscriber and you're having issues with your lineup, if there's a particular channel that you'd like to see what data we have in order to compare it with what you're getting from another provider, then send me a PM and I can show you the level of detail we have; it may be more than you're expecting without having to go to multiple sources.
