One Channel Wont Play in Kodi but Will Play in NPVR

Hello

I was a long time WMC user but due to Windows 10 update....you know the story.

I've set up the latest versions of nextPVR + Kodi for live TV viewing/recording using a DVB-S2 card.

Everything has gone well and I'm very happy with the results......but I have one channel that wont play in Kodi but will play in NextPVR.

The channel that wont play is the BBC Parliament channel (10788-V-22000 28.2E Freesat only).....It says buffering and the screen stays blank.

I'm completely new to all this and there's probably a simple explanation.....I hope

If anyone can help get this channel working I'd very much appreciate it.
