Just to report back. I added them to IPTV and it worked great. One of the issues I had was that the remote HDHR is actually a model that doesn't do transcoding. So I was able to throw NPVR onto a local pc at that site and then use the NextPVR transcoding to get the signal over to my local NextPVR (and therefore Kodi).
I added this into IPTV
HDHR Direct
http://IP_HDHR:5004/auto/vXXX
Through Local NextPVR
http://IP_NPVR_REMOTE_SITE:8866/transcod...trate=2000
Then I went and added all of the guide data as usual and now it shows up in my guide as if those channels are local to my NextPVR instance. Very cool!
