In theory either scan should work, and should give the same results. I just suggesting it might trying to somehow force it to use the Ceton scan results instead of my manual scan if there is channels missing. Theirs has likely been more thoroughly tested than mine.
The earlier log you supplied definitely got its scan results from the Ceton rather than doing a manual scan.
I'd try looking at http://10.0.0.16/view_channel_map.cgi?page=0, to verify you can see the page. If you can, then scanning in NextPVR should just reuse the results from the Ceton scan, rather than scanning itself. If you can see that page, maybe give the Ceton device a few minutes then try again. I'm not sure at what stage they do their scan, and if it's held in non-volatile memory, or whether its done each time the device is powered up.
