NPVR no longer recording

NPVR has been working fine for years but now, for some reason, NPVR has stopped recording, in that it seems to be recording but nothing is created.
I can see live TV and select different channels, the EPG updates and I can select programs to record. When it should be recording Services shows NPVR Recording Service running but no longer is there a program resulting. A search for the .ts file finds nothing on the hard drive also.
A similar thing has previously happened where an empty Folder was created but a reboot fixed that and reboots are not fixing it now.
I am running Win 7 and the latest update.
Attached are the log files (hopefully). I had a look at them but I don't know what I am looking at.

It's definitely trying to create the file.

Does the .ts file not get created at all? not even a zero byte file?

Does the directory get created?

If neither, I'm thinking there is something permissions related about your recording directory that is disallowing the creation of the file or directory.

There is absolutely nothing getting created. A quick look at the Security settings shows that it can be written to by all except WMP Network Snc.

Well here is a turn up. Apparently NPVR was recording but for some reason the program created the files in a different place to what was being used previously.
I actually ran out of hard drive space and so went looking and found them in users\public\public videos\. They were not appearing under the libraries\video\public videos where they used to appear.
When I did my search I searched for *.ts and nothing was found but .ts did find them, damn DOS training

"libraries" isn't a real path, so nextpvr was never recording there.

you control whether "c:\users\public\public video" appears as a library path, so you must have inadvertently changed your library settings.

Right Click on your "users\public\public videos\" folder in Windows explorer and you should see "Include in library" somewhere in the context menu...
