Pixelation/digitalization/buffering on one channel only

This is my setup. I have NextPVR installed on a dedicated computer in my upstairs closet. I have two HDHomeRun Connect network tuners, total of four tuners. I can receive about 22 channels but I only watch about 12 or so as the rest are infomercial and public access channels. I then have three other computers running Kodi that I watch TV on. Two are wired (1GB) one is wireless N (with 112MB avg rate). Out of the major networks, the ABC station and their two side channels have an issue where they digitize or pixelate a lot. The other channels are fine for the most part. Should I try adjusting the decoders inside NextPVR to see if it has an impact. It does it on all three computers. All are running Windows 8 64 bit. What else could I try to resolve this issue since it's only the one station (3 channels)

I'm not really sure what to suggest, but it wont be related to the decoder settings in NextPVR. These only affect playback in NextPVR itself.

This is much more likely an antenna/signal issue. Check the problem channel in the HDHR Config GUI for signal strength, signal quality, and symbol quality. Too weak will give pixellation, and I've seen too strong a signal cause dropout. Could be as simple as re-aiming your antenna.

If you have clear QAM cable, check for abandoned notch filters or taps on your cable. Loose/bad connectors could be a problem but would most likely give problems on all channels.

Checked on the channels that are impacted Signal strength is 91%, signal quality is 98% and symbol quality is 100% Oddly one of the channels I don't have issues with the signal strength is 60% and the signal quality is 68%

If you watch the signals of the impacted channels for 3-4 minutes, does the symbol quality ever drop to zero momentarily?
