OK, time for me to be stupid. I looked all over the place. Even under my laptop and under my smart phone(smarter than me)and I can not locate the "send me the channel scan via the NextPVR XML dump" file that you have requested.
The name of it and where?

Start NPVR - open Settings - click on Devices - click on a device - click on Export Channels button...
