Server stop answering to client and recording stop working

I have 4 tuners, but it seems the issue is synchronize to the start of the fourth recording on the server . when it happen it stops
the video reading on the client , and when trying again to access the video it says" connection refused by <server>:8968"
When I checked the recording , nothing seems to be recorded starting from that time. If I restart the NPVR Services on
the server then all the recording seems to work correctly. I put in attachment the log files for the server (doing the recording and answering to the client). I put also a file NPVR_client.log with the Error message on the client.

In the log file the issues arrived 2 times : At 20:53 and 22:53

Hi
I changed the last tuner and was able to record videos . So let's consider it was a tuner issue.

In fact problem still there in all ndigitalhost logs same thing at same time:
2015-12-15 23:02:41.887 [DEBUG][1] Parent appears to have exited. Host exiting.
2015-12-15 23:02:41.887 [INFO][1] DigitalRecorder.StopHost()
The recordings starts correctly but are stop and the server is not anymore answering to client (error message on client when starting NPVR). I stopped the WEB server, but still same problem. Previously recording 2 or 3 video did not cause any issue.

I'm not sure why you've got these throughout your logs, but they look very odd. Either your .NET install is broken, or you got some unexpected files in your plugins directory. I'm not sure which...

Thank you Sub. I had in the past an issue with the Microsoft Net 4.0.0 , I will try to repair it or re-install windows 7 at the end. The plugin concerned must be the web server that I activated for NEWA included in the install, I guess. I will also re-install NPVR from scratch.

Hi Sub, I solved it in installing from Microsoft Microsoft .NET 4 Framework
Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=17851 to download the Microsoft .NET 4 Framework web installer
I had the same issue on 2 machines, 3rd one was fine. Thank you

Hi Sub,
WEB server was solved but I had still record stopping. I understood they stopped at the same time my Internet line went down . I saw an erreur message on scheduleDirect.org not accessible, just before it stopped. It seems if Internet is not available to get artwork stuff it stopped the recording. I disabled this feature but I guess at least I will still have the recording description included from the EPG guide, provided by ScheduleDirect during EPG update.

That shouldn't be the case, but I've attached a patch that has more protection around the downloading of the artwork, to make sure any problems don't filter back to the recording.

Thank you. I will install it and mimic a line down to see the impact on both recording and web server
