As title, I cannot seem to edit the Clients (I have an NMT PCH A110) the in Client Tab and I also get an Error on attempt at removal of the two devices in there, which seem to be "model" devices. I could modify the config.xml but it shouldn't have to work like that surely?

I am a bit surprised at this version as it seems to have lost a lot of settings that previous updates always retained. Like all my Media Folders, which I just had to put back. Default screen for Recordings was also lost

Do I have a bad config from so many updates over the years? And how can I fix the Client Device setting?

k.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

After some fiddling, I found that this was the original one

Code:
<MAC-0006DC41DC92>
[B][I]        <MVPName>Popcornhour</MVPName>[/I][/B]
        <MVPClientType>PCH2</MVPClientType>
        <MVPWidth>1180</MVPWidth>
        <MVPHeight>680</MVPHeight>
        <MVPOffsetX>40</MVPOffsetX>
        <MVPOffsetY>32</MVPOffsetY>
        <MVPSendIncrementalUpdates>true</MVPSendIncrementalUpdates>
        <MVPAspectRatio>default</MVPAspectRatio>
        <MVPSkin>Default</MVPSkin>
      </MAC-0006DC41DC92>

But that it seems to fail on that <MVPName>Popcornhour</MVPName>

When I remove it, it doesn't fail - but still has a field for it?
Still no ADD button for an MVP or NMT device though?

Hi sub,

I never really got past this error and it still occurs as below, when trying to edit the current settings.

I ignore it and the old settings stay, but they are blank so I am never sure what they are from the settings/client screen, only when I go into config.

Code:

I always wondered if from GBPVR/MVP legacy days the MVP Section is out of date?
Code:
<MVP>

    <MVPSpecificSettings>
      <MAC-0006DC80CBD7>
        <MVPName>PCHA110</MVPName>
        <MVPClientType>PCH2</MVPClientType>
        <MVPWidth>1180</MVPWidth>
        <MVPHeight>680</MVPHeight>
        <MVPOffsetX>40</MVPOffsetX>

        <MVPPreferredMenuStyle>slideout</MVPPreferredMenuStyle>
      </MAC-b8-27-eb-92-ac-e9>
    </MVPSpecificSettings>
  </MVP>

Another Question is how did the RPi2 (which I have) settings get in there? I didn't add it.
And why is it lower case and with hyphens? In an old thread Martin mentioned it should be upper case but when I tried to change it, it miraculously reverted??

Leaving out device name and types, these settings generate no errors.
Adding back device name (ONLY this option is available) it crashes. Repeatable.
