Scanning problems

Installed nextpvr due to wmc not being available with windows 10. Using the TBS satellite card wmc finds most channels. Nextpvr will only find a very limited number of channels on only 2 frequencies. The tbs is connected to a multiswich fed by a Quattro LNB. I am trying to tune in the freesat channels on Astra 2 satellite. As I said wmc works suggesting the hardware is ok.

I suspect it's not working with the TBS diseqc support, to get the channels through the multi-switch.

Have discovered the problem. My system appears to be 4Ghz out from the satellite frequencies. By increasing the scan frequencies by 4gHz it pulls in all the channels. Not sure which component of the hardware is responsible. If anyone can make an educated guess I would be grateful.

Tuning info is in .ini files at Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning ... It may be that the info in the relevant .ini file is out of date.

If the channel name in the Latin alphabet, it is OK. NextPWR finds this channel.
