Okay, I have read in many places how Schedules Direct eliminates headaches and is just a one-stop solution and such, so I figured I would try the trial. And yet my head is throbbing now. Smile

I have followed the instructions exactly as the support video suggests for mappping my channels, and it APPEARS correct. However, when I click Update EPG, intersperced with attempts to download channel data I see an error along the lines of:

Date requested [3-20-2016] not within -> for stationID [blah]

...and around 5 of my 160-some-odd channels are getting data.

I genuinely do not know what I am doing wrong. Has anyone seen this themselves and know how to resolve it?

Logs are attached, and any help would really be appreciated...I am sick of deleting and recreating my channel list. Smile

Thanks again,

-- Chris

Exact same problem here from a long-time user. Problem started today. Returning 5 out of 77 channels, with the odd error noted above during scan.

Yeah, they're having some issue. Try again a bit later.

I am also having problem with SD Update EPG
at 5am I was only getting one channel

Now I get 2 other channels and lost the one I was getting at 5am. Sad

I get this in the NPVR.log

Code:
2016-03-13 13:10:24.213    [DEBUG][17]
[{"stationID":"45867","serverID":"20141201.web.2","code":7020,"response":"SCHEDULE_RANGE_EXCEEDED","minDate":null,"maxDate":null,"requestedDate":"2016-03-13","message":"Date
requested (2016-03-13) not within  ->  for stationID
45867."},{"stationID":"45867","serverID":"20141201.web.2","code":7020,"response":"SCHEDULE_RANGE_EXCEEDED","minDate":null,"maxDate":null,"requestedDate":"2016-03-14","message":"Date
requested (2016-03-14) not within  ->  for stationID
45867."},

as well as

Code:
2016-03-13 13:10:24.240    [ERROR][17]    Date requested (2016-03-26) not
within  ->  for stationID 45867.
2016-03-13 13:10:24.240    [ERROR][17]    Date requested (2016-03-13) not
within  ->  for stationID 53502.

I opened a ticket with Schedules Direct.

In the meantime I went back to zap2xml.

I figured that might be a possibility (the DST change...thanks, Bush, for offsetting the US from the rest of the world Tongue), and if other people are having the problem and I know it's not just me then I can certainly wait it out. Smile Mostly I wanted to be sure *I* wasn't doing anything wrong. Smile

In the meantime I went back to zap2xml.

Amusingly, that's what caused me to try SD in the first place...my zap2xml listings were an hour off (I imagine DST related, again) and I wasn't sure how to fix it. (I have since found the -m argument for the command line and I'm updating through that now to see if that gets me back on track)

So in a slightly related story: I know if I make the channel list from scratch (i.e. delete them all, rescan from my HDHomeRun, edit down the list to what I want), I can do the bulk mapping to set something up. What I can't seem to figure out is how to bulk map AGAIN once something is set to something else. (In other words, everything is on SD, and I'd like to move them all en masse over to XML in a situation like this) Rebuilding the channel list is driving me nuts - is this doable and if so, how?

Well this year I went with this http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post496586

but after empty the EPG ... I only got one channel

I reactivated the zap2xml, Empty EPG and I got correct EPG data.
