Hi, I'm new here, but been using NextPVR for year or more and love it. Recently, for some odd reason, my scheduled recordings weren't showing up. Then I noticed the TV guide is also gone (I see my channel line up, but no programs). I'm using Schedules Direct and have an active subscription. I don't know what's going on, any ideas?
I'd appreciate the help Smile

I already logged in to my account to check the status....it's active and won't expire until August of this year.

Without knowing your account information I can't confirm if there's something wrong with your lineup. So, humor me. I don't need your password, just the name that you used or the email when you created your account via private message.

Or, open a ticket on our website.

The schedule direct web site account is not the same as the account used by NextPVR. I see this.

Just as a heads up. I came down to night to check on the system and noticed the same thing. TV Guide was blank for me after 2000 eastern time. I started a manual EPG update and the guide got repopulated.

so no problem just had not seen the blank guide before.

Seeing the same thing and updating the EPG is via the settings is not solving the problem. I emptied the EPG and tried an update with no luck (now just no show data for all channels). I sent you a PM with my SD account username rkulagow.

Update: It turns out my problem was completely unrelated to SD. I needed to flush the DNS on my NextPVR recording server and all was fixed. For whatever reason the DNS was having issues. Once I fixed that problem by flushing my DNS and updating to alternate DNS servers, problem solved.

I'm having this problem, too. It appears my schedule hasn't updated in several days, and my guide now only shows the schedule roughly 2 days out.

It looks like your Schedules Direct username/password isn't entered correctly.
