hauppauge 950Q setup

just got a new computer and it doesn't have WMC on it. Have downloaded NextPVR, setup up the device, found 70 channels (QAM) and started the recording service (saw that in another forum) but now i get an error message.

Please zip and attach logs to a post that tells us the time of the error so that we know where to look in the logs. NextPVR will zip the logs for you at Settings --> About. Thanks.

Correct. Without these files and an idea of the time you have the issue, it is very hard for the really helpful people on this forum to help

It seems you have quite an old version (3.4.8). Current version is 3.6.6. and can be found at the very first page of the forums.
