Hi,
Been using NextPVR for several months with great results, my cable provider, WideOpenWest, sent a message to rescan cable ready TV's due to network maintenance. I have 1 TV with cable company DVR attached and 1 TV that's cable ready both are working fine after the rescan. I am also using NextPVR with 2 HDHomeRun dual tuners. Since rescanning Live TV shows only a black screen and no sound, same trying to record, No error messages and the HDHomeRun tuners light up. I am using saf6 decoders, that have been working fine. I also tried disabling my ZoneAlarm firewall to no avail. Also HD viewer works fine, and previously recorded programs play ok, tried changing HDHomeRun preview from nextpvr but none of the others work either. I Know I'm missing something but don't know what, hope you can help. I've attached the NextPVR log hope it's the right one.

Have they maybe encrypted all your channels?

Can you view those channels in any other software?

If you do a recording, do you get a file created in your recording directory, and does it have data in it (ie, non-zero file size)?

I had tried recording a program earlier, it also showed only a black screen and no sound on playback, didn't check the file size. I'll try another recording now

Made a 32 minute recording won't playback on NextPVR or any video player on my computer. File size is 0 also there was a message on NextPVR saying "No errors but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal", Not at all sure what this means. BTW I just realized I failed to mention these problems are on 3 computers all running windows 10.

It might be worth temporarily renaming your npvr.db3 to npvr.old, so that it starts from an empty database, then try scanning for channels again - just in case your existing channels are getting in the way, and it's keeping the old tuning info for some reason.

If that doesn't help, and recordings still have file size of 0 bytes, then there is only two things known to cause this:
1) firewall - either you're not disabling ZoneAlarm correctly, or you'll find the Windows Firewall is also functioning and needs to be disabled (or rules added for nrecord.exe and ndigitalhost.exe)
2) 'BDA Compatibility Mode' in the HDHomeRun Setup might need to be set to something else, like Mediaportal. Some people have had issues with the NextPVR setting there.

It's most likely the firewall though...

The firewall is simply an on/off switch on the app and anything connected to NPVR is marked as trusted. Renaming the npvr.db3 to npvr old.db3 and rescanning seems to have worked at least for one tuner so far. If it seems successful do I just delete it afterwards?

The npvr.old? Sure, you can delete it if you want. It's not using it.
