Quote:Green Power Button on MVP:Pressing the power button causes the MVP to go into its power save mode. When you press it again it'll boot up and connect to the first GB-PVR server it can find.
Does the Green Power Button suspend the MVP as described in the MVP manual? I ask because I had an interesting experience. I think I accidently started 2 MVP servers on my primary PC, (Athlon64 3300+ 512mb 160g hd). I had the autostart set to 1 and I manually started a second (didn't relize I had the autostart set) When I was testing the MVP, It would sometimes display the contacting server messege, I think it was switching between the two servers.
You should use the MVP servers with the auto-start setting. These behave slightly different to ones that were started manually. When you press the green power button with these, they restart to free any resources. Manual ones dont do.
If they'd both been auto start ones, then you wouldnt have been able to tell it was a different one you'd reconnected to (since both would show the main menu).
