It allow multiple simultaneous streams for ATSC/QAM/DVB-S/DVB-C/DVB-T tuners.

For the HDHomeRun Prime CableCard stuff, it'll only do one stream per tuner. Thankfully you have three tuners on that device though, so three clients can be watching channels (or recording) at the same time.

As I explained via email, you can't use NextPVR for your hotel setup. You'll need to find another Kodi PVR backend.

As I also explained, you're trying to use a set top box for video source, so if you wanted to allow users to watch multiple different channels, you'd need that many set top boxes (since each box will only be putting out a single channel at a time).
