Option to not record same more than once?

I started adding my recordings. Mainly series. I noticed I was able to schedule the same series more than once. Can NextPVR be setup so you don't schedule a recording more than once for the same thing? If not, can we get that feature added at some time?

If you are using Schedules Direct for your EPG source and NextPVR for scheduling you should be ok. You can still create multiple recurring recordings for the same show in error but unique shows will not be re-recorded.

it allows multiple series recordings to be created for the same show because you might create recordings with different day/time criteria, or edit the criteria after the fact. however as Martin said, it won't actually record the same episode twice even if it matches multiple recording rules.
