Auto Extend Sports

I have checked the box to Auto Extend Sports recordings. So far, not one of the football game recordings has been extended beyond the scheduled time. I use Schedules Direct as my EPG source. I am running Windows 10 with a HAUPPAUGE WinTV-DualHD Dual USB 2.0 HD TV Tuner. I use Comskip with a parallelprocessing.bat on all recordings. I have no other issues with recordings or any other functions of NextPVR program.

Whats the name/time of a sports event that didn't extend, so I know where to look in the logs?

sub, on Friday I pointed out to Robert that all valid in-progress sports recordings return 6000, and he told me he would check into it.

@OP NextEnd isn't working right now either but I have a new version in beta.

Seattle Seahawks vs. L.A. Rams game. I do not know if it matters, but I zipped the log at the end of the game.

Sorry, left out time. The game started at 1:00 pm and ended at 4:00 pm.

Just a quick somewhat related question. If I've checked the auto-delay option in the NextPVR window, should I *not* use NextEnd? It looks like right now I'm using both, and I have a feeling that's gonna cause some issues. Since I"m in Hawaii sports delays aren't really an issue (6am football anyone?), but I like having it there just in case.

Going by the post from Martin above, Schedules Direct have some issue with this service at the moment.

Here is what he wrote me this morning "I'm tracing through the code to see where it's failing. I will let you know when it's operational again."

Auto Extend appears to be working now. Recorded football game this evening and the entire game was recorded going about 6 minutes beyond schedule. I would guess that the problem was with Schedules Direct. I did contact them before posting here and they assured me that they were supporting the Auto Extend feature.
