Hmm, when I search for "wiki", I see 22 matches in this thread, some of which are direct links to the wiki pages.

First, that would require that I know what the heck a wiki is, and then it would have to point me to "Using NextPVR." Can't you just take a compliment graciously?

well, I'm sure we're all glad you like the Wiki. we're puzzled (understandably I think) that you not only didn't know what a Wiki is (first time on the internet there? it's like a series of tubes you see...), but also that it didn't occur to you to find out when sub said "The wiki is about as close as we've got to a manual. It's got documentation for most setup things". Indeed you even mentioned the NextEnd wiki in your own followup post, which is part of the NextPVR Wiki. So let's just say some of us were bewildered by your apparent bewilderment, and then we'll just move on.

lol - I'm sure I've got some undiagnosed condition, like being dyslexic or something. I'm very prone to doing this. Thankfully I don't do it when I'm writing code.

Given that NextPVR is written by a number of dedicated programmers working for free and producing one hell of a good program, I cannot believe that a user who probably paid nothing for the program posts this type of complaint. Try to find good documentation for most paid for programs (nearly non existent). I had no problem setting up and running NextPVR with the existing documentation. I am definitely not a gearhead, just a long time Windows user.

One wrong character in code and you end up with a million posts and pings you broke the free thing you are sharing with the world.

At this link, http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki, I do get a 403 Forbidden message. All the other pages work though if you use http://nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php or click the link at nextpvr.com support on top.

By the way, the new home page looks nice.

thanks, I'd noticed that before and had meant to fix it, but forgot to because my attention span makes even goldfish shake their little fish heads sadly.
