Suggestion: add an option to choose the guide start hour [partial patch]

I find it more convenient if the late-night shows are shown as a part of the same "day" as the earlier night-time shows. To support this, it would be cool if there were an option to set a "Guide Start Hour" that the user could set between, say, 0 and 6 (default: 0).

I have tweaked guide.html to hard-wire a startHour var to 4, and I like that a lot. The very simple patch is here:

I noticed a bug in my first patch -- the forced starting scroll position was too far to the right when a few hours were removed from the start of the day. I've updated the patch to fix that.

Aside: the variable in that scroll section should be renamed from currentTimeInSeconds2 to currentTimeInMinutes.

That does remind me of something that could be improved when switching guide days: the current code forces the scroll to the current time for all days. It would be better if only the first scroll used the current time, and after that it would leave the changed day scrolled to the same time as the last.

My patch had a bug when the user viewed the guide when the current time was between midnight and the startHour (4 am in my patch). The latest diff fixes this by bumping the starting date back to yesterday during that "late night" period:
