Hello, Martin.

I have no parallelprocessing.bat file. It wasn't clear to me that I needed one since I wasn't recording the football game. I invoked this instance of NextEnd from the command prompt Sunday afternoon. I have only two files in ..\scripts: PostStartup.bat and PostUpdateEPG.bat. (attached)

I could not find "NextEnd.log," only "NextEnd-Monitor.log." "NextEnd-Monitor.log" is located in "C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Logs." Is there another location I should look in?

That would explain it. ParrallelProcessing.bat does the extending I updated the wiki yesterday with (hopefully) a better explanation of how to set these scripts up.

I've created ParallelProcessing.bat and will get to try it with the next NASCAR race on Sunday Oct 16.

Question: Can NextEnd be used with manual recordings?

Great, NASCAR worked for me last week. For manual recordings it is tougher but can you give me an example of what you'd want to do?

I had no particular scenario in mind when the thought popped into my head, Martin, but I'd just wondered if manual recordings were special. Sounds like they are so I'll post another missive if the situation arises.

Yes they would be special because NextEnd needs to know the sport and event name. I could probably add command line values for a command line run, but it would certainly be hard to automate
