Did you ever get the NextPVR PC client working on that machine? From post one, it seems you did just not well. If so does it still work?

Yes, the NPVR client works. It just doesn't work as well as Kodi in that it freezes for no apparent reason after thirty minutes or so.

Using http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Client.Client as a reference when you setup your client (Study) not running on the same PC as your server (Front Room) what did you put as the name in the Devices tab?
