I have a question, maybe this is for Sub but I am sure others might be able to answer.
Throughout the forums, from time to time, and this time I am using Nlite for an example, as found here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post508594,
When it is between version releases, sometimes a new NRecord or NextPvr is attached to a post to get something working for someone else (in this case for a NLite user with a problem).
Sub attached both NextPVR and NRecord to the post.
Are there any improvements that may be beneficial between releases that would motivate a user, if they backed up their current versions in case something broke, to install a patch attached to an after a version release post.
I am not using Nlite but if other improvements to NextPVR and NRecord have been written into an attached patch, I would like to utilize it.
Of course this could be opening a big can of worms which is why you would have to backup what you replace and your data files.

If you haven't broken it at least once, you're not doing it right.
